CHIBISYS株式会社（以下「当社」）は、リモートカメラシャッターアプリ「CShot」（iOS / Android アプリおよび Web の操作ページ。以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本サービスが扱う情報と利用目的

カメラ映像: 撮影側の端末のカメラ映像を、操作側の端末（アプリまたは Web ブラウザ）へリアルタイムに送信するために使用します。映像は端末間で直接、暗号化（WebRTC の DTLS-SRTP）して送受信されます。ネットワークの都合で直接接続できない場合のみ、当社の中継サーバー（TURN サーバー）を暗号化されたまま経由しますが、当社は映像の内容を閲覧・保存しません。
撮影した写真: 撮影側の端末の写真ライブラリに保存します。撮影側で「撮影した写真を操作側と共有」をオンにしている場合は、上記と同じ暗号化された経路で操作側にも送信します。写真が当社のサーバーに保存されることはありません。
ルームID・アクセスキー: 撮影側と操作側をつなぐために使用します。当社のシグナリングサーバーが接続中および切断後 2 分間だけメモリ上に保持し、保存はしません。
端末識別子: 同じルームIDを他の端末が使用することを防ぐため、撮影側のアプリが生成したランダムな値とルームIDから作成したハッシュ値を送信します。OS が提供する端末ID・広告IDは使用しません。当社のサーバーは接続中および切断後 2 分間だけメモリ上に保持し、保存・追跡には使用しません。
接続記録（アクセスログ）: サーバーの運用・不正利用の防止のため、当社が利用するクラウドサービス（Google Cloud）が IP アドレス、アクセス日時、ブラウザ等の種類を記録します。記録は約 30 日で自動的に削除されます。

2. 取得しない情報

本サービスにはアカウント登録がなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先等を取得しません。広告、行動分析・解析ツール、トラッキングは使用していません。マイクは使用しません。

3. 端末の権限

カメラ: 撮影側でのライブビュー配信・撮影、および操作側での QR コード読み取りに使用します。
写真ライブラリ（追加のみ）: 撮影した写真の保存に使用します。既存の写真を読み取ることはありません。

4. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。なお、本サービスは次の事業者のサービスを利用しています。

Google Cloud（シグナリングサーバー・中継サーバーの運用）
Google の STUN サーバー（端末間の直接接続のため、通信に必要な IP アドレスが送信されます）

5. お子様の利用

本サービスは年齢を問わず利用できますが、個人を特定する情報を取得しません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本サービスの機能追加等に伴い、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

CShot Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CHIBISYS K.K. ("we") handles information in CShot, a remote camera shutter app (the iOS / Android apps and the web controller page; the "Service").

1. Information the Service handles and why

Camera video: The camera device's live view is sent in real time to the controller device (app or web browser). Video is transmitted directly between your devices and encrypted (WebRTC DTLS-SRTP). Only when a direct connection is not possible, it passes in encrypted form through our relay (TURN) server. We do not view or store the video.
Photos you take: Saved to the photo library of the camera device. If "Share photos with controller" is on, the photo is also sent to the controller over the same encrypted connection. Photos are never stored on our servers.
Room ID and Access Key: Used to connect the camera and controller. Our signaling server keeps them in memory only while connected and for 2 minutes after disconnection, and does not store them.
Device identifier: To prevent another device from using the same Room ID, the camera app sends a hash derived from a random value generated by the app and the Room ID. We do not use OS device IDs or advertising IDs. Our server keeps it in memory only while connected and for 2 minutes after disconnection, and never uses it for storage or tracking.
Access logs: For operating the servers and preventing abuse, our cloud provider (Google Cloud) records IP addresses, access times and browser/user-agent types. These logs are deleted automatically after about 30 days.

2. Information we do not collect

There are no accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts or similar information. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking. The Service does not use the microphone.

3. Device permissions

Camera: To stream the live view and take photos on the camera device, and to scan the QR code on the controller device.
Photo library (add only): To save the photos you take. Existing photos are never read.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law. The Service relies on:

Google Cloud (hosting the signaling and relay servers)
Google STUN servers (to establish direct connections between devices; the IP address needed for the connection is sent)

5. Children

The Service may be used by people of any age and does not collect personally identifiable information.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
